This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed on the CoffeeSooq platform.

Order Cancellation Eligibility

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order is marked as "Shipped" or "Dispatched", cancellation is not permitted.

Time Sensitivity

Orders are processed quickly after placement.

Customers are advised to request cancellation as soon as possible, preferably within a few hours of placing the order.

Cancellation Approval

All cancellation requests are subject to order status verification.

  • If the order has not been processed or shipped, the cancellation will be approved
  • If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible

Marketplace Model

CoffeeSooq operates as a marketplace connecting customers with independent sellers.

  • Order processing may be handled by the respective seller
  • However, CoffeeSooq ensures that all valid cancellation requests are handled fairly

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations are eligible for a full refund
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days
