At CoffeeSooq, we provide secure and convenient online payment options for all orders placed on our platform.

Accepted Payment Methods

We support the following payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Digital Wallets

All payments must be completed online. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

If a payment fails or is not completed, the order will not be processed.

Pricing & Charges

  • All prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees)
  • Prices may include applicable taxes
  • Any additional charges (such as shipping fees) are clearly shown at checkout

Secure Transactions

All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways using encryption.

CoffeeSooq does not store your card or payment details.

Failed Transactions

If a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed:

  • The amount is usually auto-reversed by your bank within 3–7 business days
  • If the refund is not received within this timeframe, please contact your bank or reach out to our support team

Refunds

Refunds are processed according to our Returns & Refund Policy.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

Marketplace Model

CoffeeSooq operates as a multi-vendor marketplace. Sellers are responsible for pricing, promotions, and inventory.
