Introduction

This Policy governs returns and refunds on the Coffeesooq platform.

Return Requests

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Includes:

  • Consumables and perishables (except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery)
  • Customized products

Vendor-Based Handling

Coffeesooq operates as a marketplace. Returns may be subject to approval by Coffeesooq and/or the respective vendor responsible for the product.

Exceptions

Returns may be accepted for:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items

Verification & Inspection

All return requests are subject to verification and inspection. Proof such as images or videos may be required.

Return Methods

Returns may be processed via pickup or self-shipping depending on service availability.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

RTO & Failed Deliveries

Orders returned to origin (RTO) due to failed delivery are not considered standard returns. Re-shipping may be arranged and may incur additional charges.

Refund Processing

Refunds are initiated after successful inspection and approval within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
