SHIPPING POLICY

At Coffeesooq, we aim to ensure timely, safe, and reliable delivery of products across India through authorized logistics partners.

Order Processing:
All orders placed on the Coffeesooq platform are processed after successful payment confirmation. Orders are dispatched to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout. Customers can track order status through their Coffeesooq account and confirmation communications.

Delivery Timelines:
Standard delivery timelines range between 4–5 business days for most serviceable locations and 5–8 business days for remote or non-metro areas. These timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

Delivery Attempts:
Courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. In case of failure, the order may be returned to origin. Re-dispatch may be subject to address confirmation and additional charges.

Delivery Completion:
Delivery is deemed complete once confirmation is received from the logistics partner.
