This Policy governs shipment and delivery of orders placed on the Coffeesooq platform.
We ship across India, subject to serviceability based on delivery location and logistics partner availability.
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation within 1–2 business days.
Coffeesooq operates as a multi-vendor marketplace. Orders may be fulfilled by multiple vendors and shipped separately.
Tracking details are provided once the order is dispatched via the respective logistics partner.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to location, logistics constraints, or unforeseen circumstances.
Up to three delivery attempts may be made by the courier partner before marking the shipment as failed.
Failed deliveries may be returned to origin (RTO). Re-dispatch may be arranged upon request and may incur additional shipping charges.
Delivery is considered complete once the shipment is marked as delivered by the courier partner.
Any issues such as damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and may vary based on order value, seller, and delivery location.
Deliveries are handled by independent third-party logistics partners.
