For our Citrus Induced Arabica, carefully selected single-origin Arabica coffee cherries are fermented with indigenous wild citrus fruits gathered from the surrounding hills. During fermentation, the natural yeasts and aromatic oils from these local fruits interact with the coffee, enhancing its inherent sweetness and introducing vibrant layers of citrus complexity.
The cherries are then slowly sun-dried, allowing the flavors to mature and integrate naturally. The result is an expressive cup that showcases the character of its origin while revealing bright notes of sweet orange, mandarin zest, candied lemon, and honey, balanced by a silky body and a lingering finish.
This is not flavored coffee. It is a naturally enhanced expression of terroir, where the landscape itself contributes to the final cup.
