An unconventional expression of specialty coffee, Mulled Naturals is a single-origin coffee crafted through an innovative fermentation process that celebrates both terroir and tradition. Carefully selected ripe coffee cherries are inoculated with a proprietary yeast culture developed from cinnamon and ginger, allowing the fruit to undergo a controlled fermentation before being slowly sun-dried in the natural process.
The result is a cup that is remarkably aromatic and layered, offering notes reminiscent of mulled spices, candied orange peel, honeyed fruit, and warm baking spices. The natural sweetness of the coffee is amplified by fermentation, while the cinnamon and ginger yeast culture contributes subtle complexity without overpowering the character of the bean.
